 Return eligibility

  • Return request is made within [14 days] from the date of delivery.

  • The product is in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.

  • The product is unused, and free from any damage or alterations.

  • All returned systems are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

 

How to initiate a return request

  • Contact our customer support team and provide your Name/Phone number, type of exhaust system and a brief explanation of the reason for your return request.

  • Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if applicable.

  • Return the product or provide the necessary information for a service refund following the instructions provided by our team.

 

Processing Time

  • Once we receive your returned item , our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.

  • Refunds will be processed within [3-7 business days] after we receive and approve your return or refund request.

Refund Method

  • Refunds for product purchases will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

 

Non-Refundable Items​

  • Products are Non-refundable/returnable after 14 days of delivery date, Unless it is under warranty.
