Warranty Coverage

• We provide a [6 month] limited warranty for all Aluminized Steel Exhaust Systems and a [Life Time] Warranty on our Stainless Steel Systems purchased from Classic Exhaust LLC. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period.

 

What Is Covered

• Our warranty covers manufacturing defects that result in a product's failure to function as intended. This includes defects in materials, craftsmanship, and components.

 

What Is Not Covered

• The warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from:

  • Misuse, abuse, or improper installation of the product.

  • Modifications or alterations to the product.

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Acts of nature, accidents, or other external causes.

 

Warranty Claims

• To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team. Provide your Name/Phone Number/Product, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos or documentation.

• Our support team will review your claim and may request additional information if needed.

 

Warranty Resolution

• If your warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product.

  • Replace the product with an identical or similar item.

  • Provide a refund for the purchase price of the product.

 

Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for shipping the product to our designated service center for warranty evaluation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
