  • What is Classic Exhaust Systems' policy on stainless steel exhaust system refunds and re-bending incorrect pipes?
    At Classic Exhaust Systems, we are committed to fabricating exhaust systems with precision and care. However, due to the custom nature of stainless steel systems, we do not offer refunds on stainless steel exhaust purchases under any circumstances. We do, however, offer complimentary re-bending of any pipes that were incorrectly fabricated, provided the following conditions are met: You are using OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) manifolds. Accurate information about your vehicle was provided at the time of purchase. Please note that if you plan to use headers with a stainless or aluminized system, or if you choose over-sized piping, it is your responsibility to modify the system to fit. Doing so will void any warranties, and in such cases, the system is sold "AS-IS." If incorrect information is provided regarding your vehicle, any required corrections will be the customer’s financial responsibility. We strive to gather as much accurate information as possible to avoid these issues, and we understand that mistakes can happen. However, with the rising cost of stainless steel, we can no longer cover minor errors at our expense.

    Classic Exhaust Systems, LLC. prides ourselves on fabricating high quality exhaust systems for classic cars.  We work to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) tolerances and specifications. Any modifications to a client’s vehicle’s factory stock components such as exhaust manifolds, hanger brackets, suspension or frame adjustments, may cause miss- alignment in form, fit and function of our products. It is critical we know and understand these changes and variations before we fabricate your new exhaust systems.  We highly recommend the exhaust system be installed by a reputable shop as some minor tweaks and or adjustments may be necessary upon installation. Any exhaust systems or components built with oversize pipes voids form and fit warranties and are sold “AS-IS.”
  • What gauge material do you offer?
    We offer 14 Gauge Aluminized Steel (Galvanized) or 409/304 Stainless Steel
  • Do you make exhaust systems with over-sized pipe?
    We can, BUT we do NOT recommend it. As we can NOT guarantee the system will fit. We at Classic Exhaust Systems are not responsible for any refunds after the purchase of the desired system if it does not fit with the requested "over-sized" pipes
  • Do you build mufflers/resonators?
    Yes we do!! If the system calls for a muffler that is no longer being manufactured then we build it from scratch!!
  • Can you make an H-Pipe or X-pipes
    OEM ONLY!! We only build H pipes if your car was manufactured with the "H" pipe from the factory. WE DO NOT BUILD "X" PIPES
  • What are the requirements to receive a refund?
    You got 2 rules! You must submit a request for refund within 14 days of delivery to your door step. The items inside the package must be accounted for and unmodified and undamaged.
  • What happens when I submit my request for a refund?
    Refund Process could take approx. 3-4 weeks all refunds are subjected to 15% restocking fee + an additional calculated price IF the contents of the package is damaged or missing anything. 1. Classic exhaust send you a "Return Tag". 2. You print the tag. 3. You repack the package as good as when you first opened it. 4. Slap the label on the package 5. Call UPS for a request to pick up. 6. Wait 1-2 weeks for us to receive the package 7. UPS delivers the package back to us 8. Our Shippers inspect the exhaust system 9. We send a refund which takes approx. 3-10 business days

  • What payment methods are accepted by Classic Exhaust LLC?
    We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept PayPal, Affirm payments.
  • When will I receive my package?
    All orders are based on Lead Time! We provide you with a tracking number via Email once the package is boxed/ready to ship Domestic Customers inside the US receive their package in approx. 2-5 weeks International Customers outside the US receive their package in approx. 3-5 weeks
  • What shipping carrier do you use to send my package?
    We only use UPS for both US and International shipments. We are willing to use a customers preferred third party shipper as long as your information and theirs checks out and you are aware that Classic Exhaust Systems is not responsible for lost or damaged packages while using them and will be forced to seek refunds from the third party shippers.
